When used with System 7’s File sharing capabilities, Folder Watcher v1.0 is an inexpensive e-mail utility. The only thing I did not like was the dull “custom beep” provided with the program that alerts you when you have incoming mail. This new version announces an incoming file with “YOU’VE GOT MAIL” in a digitized female voice. Tested on a Mac IIcx and SE with no problems.
Simply replace your old Folder Watcher INIT with this revised version.
